We are currently seeking a Junior Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a well-established private healthcare facility committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Position Overview
- The Junior Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon will support senior surgeons in providing comprehensive oral and maxillofacial care.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career surgeons to develop their surgical skills and clinical knowledge within a dynamic private healthcare environment.
- Key Responsibilities* Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Support senior surgeons in performing a variety of surgical procedures including extractions, implants, and minor reconstructive surgeries.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care under supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver integrated patient care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ethical standards in all clinical practices.
Requirements
- Medical or dental degree with specialization or training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Valid medical and/or dental license to practice in a private healthcare setting.
- Prior experience or training in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop surgical competencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and maintaining professional integrity.
