Role overview
Manage, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems while supporting IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.
The role ensures smooth operations, resolves technical issues, and implements solutions that improve business efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
- Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure for performance and security.
- Monitor and resolve ServiceNow issues and implement upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Provide technical support and user training for platform adoption.
- Maintain data integrity and security through reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate on incident response and change management.
- Support ServiceNow incident and request troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
- Assist with technical documentation and user guides under supervision.
- Contribute to cross-functional process improvement projects.
Required qualifications and skills
- Proven ServiceNow Analyst experience with hands-on HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM expertise.
