Junior Service Desk Officer

• You provide onsite Service Desk Level 1 support to staff.
• Ensure quality actioning of service requests and workflow management, such as ticket creation, prioritising, actioning, and closure.
• You develop and maintain knowledge and technical capability across diverse and dynamic hardware, cloud technology platforms and applications.
• Confident balancing competing demands to ensure organisation expectation ICT support is met.
• You will be required to communicate technical knowledge and solutions with non-technical background staff.
• Develop your professional knowledge to keep informed about issues, which may impact on the ICT infrastructure application and solutions.
• You will stay abreast of emerging issues, risks and opportunities impacting applications and providing timely and relevant advice to the CIO on emerging topics or issues.
