Junior Sales Trader - Environmental Commodities

As a Junior Sales Trader, you will: Actively support client coverage, helping price, negotiate, and execute deals in real time Proactively build your own client network and generate commercial opportunities Participate directly in market-making discussions, pricing sessions, and daily market calls Develop trading intuition by monitoring market movements, client flow, and liquidity Take part in structuring commercial deals and preparing client proposals Support senior sales traders during client calls and follow up on commercial leads Coordinate internally to ensure trades are confirmed, settled, and compliant Join senior traders in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to grow your book What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field Strong commercial mindset and interest in energy, sustainability, or trading Fluent English, any additional language is a plus A first experience in sales or trading is desirable Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and negotiation Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn in a demanding commercial environment Willing to relocate to Dubai Short notice availability What We Offer: Hands-on training with experienced energy traders Exposure to niche and high-growth environmental markets International work environment with career progression opportunities A merit-based culture that rewards initiative, curiosity, and resilience Ready to take on a new challenge?
