Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned African markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and corporate clients
- Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to order processing and delivery coordination
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Participate in trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development events
- Travel regularly across Africa to meet customers and develop business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Support customer service initiatives and contribute to long term client retention strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales, business development, or customer facing commercial experience
- Previous experience within automotive, commercial vehicles, or related industries preferred
- Experience working with African markets is a distinct advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable
- Valid UAE driving license

- The Junior Sales Specialist – Automotive will support the growth of RMA's automotive business across African markets.

- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Background and Experience
