Responsibilities
- Greet, host, and interface with arriving boutique clients with world class hospitality
- Convert walk in traffic and inbound leads into pipeline opportunities
- Deliver structured luxury product presentations and styling advice
- Maintain visual and aesthetic presentation of showroom boutique floor
- Update sales records and customer details using retail tracking software
- Schedule private design consultations and viewings for senior team
- Draft follow up communications and pricing details for prospective clients
- Assist in generating targeted client lists and researching high end consumers
- Monitor and report on daily boutique inventory levels and transaction statuses
- Coordinate client pickup schedules and bespoke order milestones
- Provide support at luxury product launches and pop up events
- Resolve standard client service inquiries rapidly

Front Line Boutique Engagement & Sales Conversion
- Greet, host, and interface with arriving boutique clients, luxury shoppers, and high profile guests with world class hospitality and sales oriented enthusiasm.
- Act as dynamic first point of contact for walk in traffic, inbound boutique digital leads, and phone inquiries, converting them immediately into active pipeline opportunities.
- Deliver clear, structured, and compelling standard luxury product presentations, brand overviews, and styling advice to prospective buyers.
- Manage and maintain the visual and aesthetic presentation of the showroom boutique floor, ensuring it continuously meets luxury brand standards.
Sales Pipeline Administration & Data Hygiene
- Maintain absolute accuracy when updating sales records, entering customer details, and updating purchase movements using standard retail tracking structures and software.
- Schedule private design consultations, item viewings, and face to face meetings for the senior luxury sales and management team.
- Draft pristine, professional, and rapid follow up communications, pricing details, and informational collection brochures for prospective clients.
Showroom Research & Sales Enablement
- Assist in generating targeted client lists, verifying accurate contact details, and researching high end retail consumers.
- Utilize modern communication templates to draft highly responsive, professional client messaging and summarize profile notes for clientele portfolios.
- Monitor, balance, and report on daily boutique inventory levels, supply logs, and active store transaction statuses.
Coordination & Logistics Execution
- Coordinate client pickup schedules, bespoke order milestones, design updates, and cross department communications.
- Provide high energy, on the ground support at luxury product launches, trade shows, and exclusive pop up retail events in Doha.
- Resolve standard client service inquiries rapidly, escalating complex jewelry or product cases with a proactive, solutions oriented attitude.
