We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Junior E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive sales growth through our exclusive e-commerce platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations, implementing sales strategies, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the company's e-commerce platform to maximize sales and customer acquisition.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive online revenue.
Monitor platform performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to optimize product listings, campaigns, and user experience.
Generate leads and convert prospects.
Analyze sales data and continuously refine strategies to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar e-commerce sales role.
