About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to market outlets to ensure strong field presence and business development
- Follow up on activation of stands and Retail Selling Points (RSPs)
- Track promotional flyers and support visibility initiatives
- Contribute to planning and execution of promotional activities
- Create and maintain an RSP tracker for both Bel and competitors
- Report on activation progress and shelf visibility
- Gather market feedback and monitor competitor activity
- Prepare weekly market visit reports with recommendations and corrective actions
- Build strong relationships with key retailers
- Embody and promote Bel’s values in every interaction
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Valid driving license and access to a car
- Willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh and Dammam
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- Saudi National
