We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Junior Sales Officer** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will support the sales department in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Prepares and submits quotations and proposals
- Follow up with clients on inquiries, payments, and order status
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Prepare weekly sales reports and updates
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
