Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Sell and market lease vehicle products to customers and corporate clients
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and direct meetings
- Maintain existing customer accounts and provide daily customer service
- Prepare and update customer files, rental agreements, quotations, and related documents
- Coordinate with Finance Department for payment and paperwork
- Follow up on overdue rentals, return dates, and extensions
- Provide information on rates, service charges, vehicle availability, and rental terms
- Support coordination with Fleet, Maintenance, Operations, and Insurance teams
- Assist in submitting insurance documents and claims
- Support senior team members in preparing reports and client updates
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in sales or related field (from source metadata)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare and update customer files, rental agreements, and quotations
- Coordination skills with finance, fleet, maintenance, and insurance teams

Responsibilities

- Assist in submitting insurance documents and claims accurately and on time.
- Support senior team members in preparing reports and client updates.
- Ensure all customer requests are handled professionally and escalated when necessary.
