Job Summary
Entry-level Junior Sales Associate role focused on promoting services across various platforms and locations in Dubai.
The role engages potential clients, understands their needs, develops sales plans, and drives sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Conduct door-to-door promotional activities with nearby businesses, individuals, and potential clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client interaction records and prepare weekly sales performance reports.
- Identify emerging markets, target audiences, and relevant customer demands.
- Conduct competitive research to understand market trends.
- Build long-term client relationships and handle customer feedback.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior sales experience, including internships, is advantageous.
- Arabic proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
