Junior RPA Developer – UiPath

Within the first several months, the Junior RPA Developer should be able to understand our development standards, troubleshoot existing automations, make smaller enhancements independently, and begin developing new automation workflows with guidance from senior team members.

As experience grows, the developer will take increasing ownership of automations from development through production support and contribute ideas for improving automation reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

You may be a strong fit if you enjoy solving puzzles, figuring out how systems work, and finding ways to eliminate repetitive work. You are comfortable asking questions, learning from more experienced developers, and working through technical problems until you understand the root cause.
