Role Overview
The company is seeking a Junior Risk Analyst to support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of business and financial risks.
The role assists with risk-data analysis, reporting, compliance, and internal policy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational and financial risks.
- Analyze risk data and prepare reports for management review.
- Support risk management policy and procedure development and implementation.
- Conduct risk assessments and document findings.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk-related issues.
- Maintain accurate risk documentation and support audit activities.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience in risk analysis, finance, compliance, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis tool proficiency are required.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.
- The candidate must work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
