Junior Proposal Specialist

B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, Electronics.

3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid support, technical writing, or a similar role preferred; exceptional fresh graduates with strong writing skills are encouraged to apply.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, digital networking concepts, TCP/IP, network infrastructure, connectivity, and digital transformation.

Experience working with third-party vendors and partners to support bid and proposal activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using SharePoint or other document management systems. Adobe FrameMaker, or proposal management tools would be beneficial.

Understanding of pricing models and commercial proposal structures is advantageous.
