Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university, along with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Must possess or be working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel) and understanding of project costs.
• Experience using enterprise-level project management and scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated ability in product or system design and project planning / execution, including development of processes / procedures and process improvements.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Engineering design, team leadership, product design leadership, manufacturing team leadership, commercial operations, project management and / or project planning.
• Very strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Primavera (P6)
• Experience in the nuclear industry is considered an asset but not required.

• The base salary range for this position in Ontario (CA-ON) at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $109,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
