Coordinate and participate in the preparation of estimates, schedules and proposals as required (including Contract Change Requests)
Take the lead on smaller quote/proposal opportunities including holding kickoff meetings, and ensuring proposal deadlines are met
Maintain assigned P6 schedules in terms of critical metrics (probability, start date, status, resourcing etc)
Ensure budgets and job data is maintained in JD Edwards system
Formal kickoff meetings
Creation and maintenance of appropriate PMO tools (Project Register, Dashboard)

Creation and baseline of initial schedule ensuring resourcing matches to approved job budgets
Support presentations or in some cases present and report on project status, metrics, issues, risks, and project resource needs
Ongoing budget maintenance
Schedule updates (in conjunction with the Project Scheduling & Controls Specialist)

This role requires the successful candidate to complete the security clearance process. The security clearance process is conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and may take up to 12 months to complete.
