Junior Project Manager

In this role you will:

• Assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project milestones, contract deliverables, and deadlines.
• Monitor project performance metrics including tracking of quantities to report on progress and project health.
• Maintain contract correspondence including RFI, OFI and NCR logs.
• Assist with resource planning and task assignments including coordination with other divisions to maximize utilization.
• Identify potential project risks and opportunities and collaborate with project resources to implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project meetings and create accurate records of communication.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Carefully monitor the contracted scope of work and identify scope changes.
• Promote a positive safety culture and maintain high degree of knowledge in HSE regulations and client-specific requirements.
• Ensure projects comply with quality specifications, safety standards, and company policy.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and actively seek advice from peers.
• Contribute to the improvement of company policy and procedure.
• Lead problem solving and act as the primary point of contact for project related challenges.
