Role overview
The Junior Work Package Project Manager supports a major airport project and the overall Project Management Team.
The role owns delivery of a defined work package across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Project delivery
- Plan, execute, and deliver a specific work package within the broader project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned work package.
- Support project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Develop schedules and resource plans and monitor progress, risks, and issues.
- Support contract management, cost control, and compliance with commercial and legal obligations.
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Support design approval and define the exact scope of work packages.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Industrial Automation.
- 2–5 years of project execution experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to support design approval and work package scope definition.
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and continuous-improvement mindset.
