- Lead a team and handle concurrent projects from start to finish
- Assist in keeping trades on schedule, monitoring site quality, and tracking material flows
- Maintain clear communication with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients
- Handle back office coordination including material and logistics management
- Enforce strict quality control standards
- Provide clients with regular weekly progress updates and photos
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of project management experience (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in Dubai (preferred)
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car
- Hindi language (preferred)
- DM Registration (preferred)

The Role
- We are looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager who wants to build a long term career.
- You will support and manage day to day operations, lead a team, and handle concurrent construction and interior design jobs from site setup to handover.
- This is a hands on back office coordination job with huge potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle back office complete including material and logistics management.
- Enforce strict quality control standards.
- Assist in providing clients with regular, transparent weekly progress updates and photos.
- Escalate client feedback.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car (essential for daily site visits across Dubai; fuel allowance provided).
Pay
- AED5,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
