Role Overview
The role coordinates customer orders and project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, testing, dispatch, and customer acceptance.
The position serves as the primary coordination interface between customers and internal functions.
Project Execution Responsibilities
- Review customer purchase orders, contracts, quotations, specifications, drawings, datasheets, and commercial requirements.
- Conduct internal order kick-off meetings and establish milestones, deliverables, and execution schedules.
- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, automation, procurement, production, quality, and other project activities.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and ensure materials and approved documents are available before manufacturing.
- Resolve technical issues arising during fabrication, assembly, wiring, installation, and integration.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, customer or third-party inspections, and factory acceptance testing.
- Track punch points and observations through closure.
Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary project-level contact for execution and technical matters.
- Provide regular project status updates and coordinate responses to customer technical queries.
