Junior Project Management

Customer coordination

• Act as the primary project-level contact for execution and technical matters.
• Provide regular project status updates and coordinate responses to customer technical queries.
• Manage customer comments, deviations, clarifications, drawing approvals, and change requests.
• Escalate issues affecting scope, cost, quality, or delivery and maintain customer relationships.

Inspection and closeout

• Coordinate internal inspections, testing, customer or third-party inspections, and factory acceptance testing.
• Record and track punch points and observations through closure.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer order execution or a related project environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare technical correspondence, project reports, and status updates.
• Experience with project coordination, planning, follow-up, risk identification, and escalation.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Preferred experience

• Experience managing projects from purchase order receipt through engineering, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, and dispatch.
