Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Junior Program Analyst / Technical Support professional to support an innovative program office .

You will provide technical and programmatic support to Program Officers managing advanced research and development initiatives across Autonomy, Power & Energy, Naval Engineering, Undersea Systems, Materials, and Manufacturing technology focus areas.

include supporting acquisition and budgeting activities, coordinating technical reviews and events, maintaining program documentation and briefings, tracking program milestones and deliverables, assisting with portfolio management products, and preparing reports, correspondence, and executive-level briefing materials . You will possess a strong STEM background, experience supporting federal acquisition and research programs, and the ability to work effectively with government stakeholders in a fast-paced RDT&E environment. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science disciplines including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics; OR Master's degree and three (3) years of experience; OR PhD and one (1) year of experience.
