Role Overview
The Junior Procurement Executive will support procurement, supplier coordination, facilities, and general operations across the Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh offices.
The role reports to the CFO and works closely with Finance and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor registration processes across offices using client platforms and portals.
- Support review of NDAs, codes of conduct, and other supplier compliance forms for client onboarding and proposals.
- Manage proposal submissions and align them with client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with procurement representatives and support procurement for new business opportunities.
- Update expired portal requirements, including trade licenses.
- Submit weekly and monthly procurement and RFP update reports.
- Maintain the client contacts database.
- Coordinate with Associate Partners, Partners, and Finance on contract wins and pipeline updates.
- Support supplier coordination, facilities, and general operations when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Arabic and good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Internship or university experience in procurement, supply chain, administration, or operations is advantageous.
