Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Analysis: Evaluate and analyze current IT workflows to identify inefficiencies and process gaps.
- Process Design: Design and implement improved processes using ITSM frameworks and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to drive automation and optimize service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes align with industry standards and internal company compliance requirements.
- Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to create reports on process efficiency and areas for improvement.
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Process Analysis, preferably within the IT industry.
Technical Skills
- Frameworks: Foundational knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Modeling Tools: Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio or BPMN .
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in reporting tools, specifically Microsoft Excel .
- Project Management: Basic experience or understanding of project management principles.
- Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud .
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
