Responsibilities
- Support daily management of poultry operations, including monitoring flock health
- Oversee feeding schedules and ensure clean and safe housing conditions
- Assist with biosecurity measures and record keeping on production and mortality
- Coordinate with senior supervisors on vaccination and health protocols
- Collaborate with farm staff to maintain compliance with organic farming standards
- Support general farm tasks as needed to help optimize productivity and animal welfare
Requirements
- Skills in poultry management, including basic knowledge of bird health, feeding, and housing practices
- Skills in agriculture and organic farming methods
- Skills in farm operations, including routine maintenance, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Skills in livestock care and handling
- Skills in animal husbandry, including breeding, biosecurity, and disease prevention fundamentals
- Proficiency in Arabic and English communication preferred
- Relevant diploma or degree in agriculture, animal science, or related field beneficial
- Prior experience in poultry or livestock operations is an advantage
- Ability to work in outdoor farm conditions and follow health and safety guidelines

- The Junior Poultry Supervisor is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Supports daily management of poultry operations, including monitoring flock health, overseeing feeding schedules, and ensuring clean and safe housing conditions.
