Junior Pipeline Design / Drafting Technologist

This Position is a contractor based role out of our Calgary Office.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pipeline Drafter to join our growing team. Working within the Drafting & Design group and in collaboration with Pipeline Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers, you will provide drafting support for pipeline and facility projects using AutoCAD and related software applications.

This position is intended for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop a career in pipeline drafting and design.

Prepare and revise pipeline design drawings for various energy and infrastructure projects.

Review and implement multiple clients drafting standards and specifications.

Incorporate engineering markups, comments, and redline revisions into drawing packages.

Maintain drawing files, project documentation, and drafting records.

Knowledge of coordinate systems and projections.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Conduct drafting checks of drawings at various stages of completion to ensure quality compliance.
