The Next Chapter LLC is seeking a Junior Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operations in Dubai.
The role suits someone with experience in an administrative, personal assistant, executive assistant, or coordination role who is ready for greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, calendars, reminders, meetings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Follow up with podcast guests and send confirmations and reminders.
- Manage email correspondence and coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
- Support workshop bookings and logistics while liaising with venues, participants, and suppliers.
- Track registrations, ensure payments are completed, and organize schedules, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
- Follow up proactively and take ownership to ensure tasks are completed.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English is essential.
- Previous professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or coordination role is essential.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, written communication, and prioritization skills are required.
- Candidates should communicate professionally with executives, clients, and guests.
- Candidates should be proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
