About the Role
Alpha Hub seeks a Junior Outbound Growth Associate to build the company's network from zero through prospecting, outreach, and CRM management. This is a fully remote, full-time independent contractor role with equity-based compensation for the initial 6-month term.

Responsibilities
- Prospect new founders daily across LinkedIn, VC portfolios, accelerator programs, and startup communities
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and cold outreach emails to founders and investors
- Research VC fund portfolios to identify high fit startups and add their founders to the pipeline
- Build relationships with accelerators and incubators
- Own CRM hygiene: log, enrich, and keep every contact record current
- Show up daily in communities where founders spend time and engage authentically
- Schedule and run founder feedback calls
- Publish regular LinkedIn content to build the company's presence and credibility
- Book meetings and demos, and keep a weekly KPI report and CEO dashboard current
Requirements

- Clear, personable writer
- Organized enough to run a CRM
- Genuinely curious about startups, venture capital, and the founder journey
- Self directed and comfortable with ambiguity
- Not rattled by rejection
- Prior experience in sales development, business development, community management, or an early stage startup is a plus

About the Role
- Konzortia Capital is building Alpha Hub, a platform to connect founders, investors, and accelerators in private capital markets.
- This is a high output, metrics driven role owning the top of the funnel: prospecting, outreach, CRM, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Prospect new founders daily across LinkedIn, VC portfolios, accelerator programs, and startup communities.
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and cold outreach emails to founders and investors, with structured follow up.
- Research VC fund portfolios to identify high fit startups and add their founders to the pipeline.
- Build relationships with accelerators and incubators, offering resources and partnership opportunities to portfolio companies.
- Own CRM hygiene: log, enrich, and keep every contact record current (email, role, company, fundraising stage).
- Show up daily in the communities where founders spend time (Reddit, YC, IndieHackers, relevant Slack groups) and engage authentically.
- Schedule and run founder feedback calls: capture pain points, feature requests, and referrals.
- Publish regular LinkedIn content to build the company's presence and credibility.
- Book meetings and demos, and keep a weekly KPI report and CEO dashboard current.
Who You Are
- Comfortable with high volume outbound work; you don't need to be told twice to send the next 20 messages.
- A clear, personable writer — a copy paste template with no thought behind it won't work here.
- Organized enough to run a CRM without anything slipping through the cracks.
- Genuinely curious about startups, venture capital, and the founder journey.
- Self directed and comfortable with ambiguity; this is an early team without a playbook for everything.
- Not rattled by rejection; you know outbound is a numbers game and you keep moving.
- Prior experience in sales development, business development, community management, or an early stage startup is a plus, not a requirement.
Compensation & Terms
- Fully remote, full time.
- 6 month initial engagement, structured as equity based compensation; no base salary during this period.
- Strong performance against targets opens a clear path to a full time offer with market rate salary and a fresh equity grant on standard 4 year vesting.
- Final grant size confirmed in your formal offer letter, subject to board approval.
