Role Overview
Alpha Hub is seeking a Junior Outbound Growth Associate to build a network of founders, investors, and accelerator partners.
The role owns top-of-funnel activity including prospecting, outreach, CRM management, community engagement, meetings, demos, and signups.
The position reports directly to the founding team and is measured by conversations, meetings, signups, and partnerships.
Employment and Compensation
- The engagement is full-time and structured as an independent contractor.
- The initial term is six months with equity-based compensation and no base salary.
- Shares are issued monthly in lieu of salary based on the company’s stated valuation of $26 million.
- Strong performance may lead to a full-time offer with market-rate salary, benefits, and a new equity grant after the initial term.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect founders through LinkedIn, VC portfolios, accelerator programs, and startup communities.
- Send personalised LinkedIn connection requests and cold outreach emails with structured follow-up.
- Research VC portfolios to identify suitable startups and add founders to the pipeline.
- Build relationships with accelerators and incubators and offer partnership opportunities.
