Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain business development documentation, trackers, and records with accuracy and consistency
- Organize and follow up on internal processes, meeting notes, action items, and deadlines
- Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to a high standard
- Support the onboarding and coordination of new and existing client relationships
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project initiation
- Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records consistently
- Track and report on business development activity and progress across accounts
- Produce and refine presentations, decks, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Support the team with design tasks including formatting, visual consistency, and material preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a business development support, administrative, or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and design tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in AI tools and platforms
- Fluent in English

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Junior Business Development to support the growth of client relationships and contribute to business development operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail oriented individual who thrives in structured, process driven work and takes pride in keeping things run
- You will work closely with senior account and business development leaders, providing the administrative and operational backbone that enables the team to focus on growth and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Operational Support: Manage and maintain business development documentation, trackers, and records with accuracy and consistency; Organize and follow up on internal processes, meeting notes, action items, and deadlines; Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and pitch material
- Client Relationship Contribution: Support the onboarding and coordination of new and existing client relationships; Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project initiation; Represent Dāw professionally in client facing interactions under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records consistently; Track and report on business development activity and progress across accounts; Ensure all data, files, and communications are organized and up to date at all times.
- Design & Microsoft Suite Execution: Produce and refine presentations, decks, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Support the team with design tasks including formatting, visual consistency, and material preparation; Ensure all client facing materials reflect Daw's brand standa
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a business development support, administrative, or coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and design tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with repetitive, process driven tasks and committed to maintaining consistency.
- Strong proficiency in AI tools and platforms, with a demonstrated ability to integrate them into day to day work effectively.
- Exposure to or genuine interest in the creative, advertising, or production industry.
- Fluent in English.
