Junior Modeling Simulation Software Engineer

SAIC's Horizon program is seeking you, our latest Modeling and Simulation Software Engineer, to support the U.S.

Space Force's mission of delivering warfighter capability via the Space Systems Command's Program Executive Office for Space Combat Power.

This position is located in El Segundo, California.

As our established modeling and simulation developer, you will contribute expertise in simulation as a member of a fast-paced multidisciplinary mission operations modeling, simulation, and analysis team.

Your knowledge and talent will guide the team in assembling and releasing an ever-growing portfolio of space mission operations analysis simulations and trade studies.

Fun stuff on the job you will do:

• Be a member of a fast-paced multidisciplinary mission operations modeling, simulation, and analysis team informing the United States Space Force acquisition decision process.
• Your background and interest in simulation development will be highly valued in developing and testing simulation applications. You'll be integrating mission simulation tools into an automated system-level trade study execution architecture.
• You will have a strong hand in defining requirements, specifying designs, and implementing an ever-growing portfolio of space mission operations analysis simulations and trade studies.
