About Microsoft Cloud Business Unit

  • The Junior Microsoft Program Manager will join our growing cloud ecosystem team, reporting to the Manager, Microsoft Business & Strategy.
  • Work hand in hand with our Microsoft Business Manager to help execute the overall growth strategy, operational direction, and channel distribution of Microsoft solutions.

About You

  • Seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and ambitious Junior Microsoft Program Manager.
  • Junior level career track for someone who understands Microsoft licensing and the CSP program but wants to master ecosystem sales.
  • Act as operational anchor—liaising with ISVs, coordinating with channel advisor community, and ensuring Microsoft catalog is optimized for revenue.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Operational Strategy & Execution: Take direct daily instruction from the Microsoft Business Manager.
  • Catalog & Program Maintenance: Ensure all Microsoft CSP offerings, NCE updates, and perpetual software SKUs are accurately represented.
  • Licensing Assistance: Assist channel managers and partners with basic Microsoft tenant configuration inquiries.
  • Ecosystem Bundling: Collaborate with complementary ISVs to build attractive product bundles.
  • Program Execution: Understand Microsoft Solution Areas and execute program enablement.
  • Incentive Tracking: Track Microsoft partner incentives, regional rebate structures, and vendor driven SPIFFs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior Experience: 1–3 years of experience working within a technology channel environment.
  • Ecosystem Exposure: Prior experience interacting with ISVs or participating in multi vendor technology sales is heavily preferred.
  • Microsoft Literacy: Solid foundational understanding of Microsoft’s inner workings.
  • Obsessive Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in tracking data.
  • Platform Aptitude: Experience with digital commerce/marketplace platforms is a massive plus.
  • Certifications (Highly Regarded but not required): Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS 900).

Canada Compensation Band

  • CAD 115,000—CAD 140,000 CAD
