- Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication details, and assembly instructions

Position Summary
- Seeking a skilled Junior Mechanical / Fabrication Engineer with 3 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly.
- Hands on role requiring comfort in both workshop and office, supporting fabrication, assembly, troubleshooting, and collaboration with production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication details, and assembly instructions.
- Create and modify mechanical designs using SolidWorks (basic proficiency required).
- Support and oversee fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly activities.
- Perform hands on mechanical assembly, fitting, installation, and troubleshooting when required.
- Ensure fabricated components and assemblies meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with workshop personnel and project teams to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Conduct inspections and resolve fabrication or mechanical issues efficiently.
- Assist in improving manufacturing processes and product designs.
- Maintain engineering documentation and technical records.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Metal fabrication and integration of AV and wooden structural supports for components within custom designed structures, activations and stand designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 3 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, or similar industry.
- Strong hands on experience in mechanical assembly and metal fabrication is essential.
- Practical knowledge of fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, machining, and fitting.
- Basic working knowledge of SolidWorks for creating and modifying mechanical designs.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced workshop environment.
