Purchasing and Order Management

• Oversee the full order processing cycle for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Execute purchasing activities based on approved demand and buying plans.
• Coordinate the creation and placement of purchase orders.
• Check open purchase orders against Open-To-Buy monthly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support smooth order fulfillment.

Demand and Supply Coordination

• Translate market requirements into purchasing needs with merchandising teams.
• Support seasonal buying and forecasting processes.
• Highlight changes in demand and potential supply implications.
• Monitor inventory development, available stock, balancing, and availability initiatives.

Orderbook and Supply Management

• Track purchase orders with factories until they are ready for shipment.
