A reputed Dubai Freezone company operating across trading and logistics is looking for a Junior Logistics & Documentation Executive to support day-to-day operations across import/export documentation, freight coordination, and internal logistics administration.
This is an entry-level role suited to a recent graduate who is eager to learn and build a career in logistics and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and delivery orders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents
- Follow up on purchase orders, shipment status, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and internal tracking systems
- Support import and export operations across group companies
- Assist in handling correspondence with suppliers and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline; logistics, business, or supply chain preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- UAE-based preferred; visa can be provided for the right candidate
- Employment type: Full-time
- Probation period: 6 months
- Contract type: Limited contract
