Position Overview

Position Details

• The position is full time and regular.
• An active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
• Travel required is up to 10 percent, and the type of travel is local.

Responsibilities

• Oversee device product lifecycles from acquisition and distribution through allocation and disposal.
• Maintain real-time inventories and named accountability for smartphones, tablets, hotspots, satellite phones, printers, and related peripherals.
• Process device moves, troubleshoot smartphones, support operating system reloads, and coordinate email application assistance.
• Manage international phone service and coordinate repairs or replacements for missing, lost, or damaged equipment.
• Coordinate special device requirements for training and ceremonial events, including service type, quantity, location, duration, and approvals.
• Reconcile monthly accountability and usage reports with phone coordinators across 16 Type Wings and training activities.
• Identify equipment failures, supply chain disruptions, and obsolescence risks before they cause mission-impacting failures.
