Junior Launch Delivery Manager

Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch.

Coordinate project plans, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.

Work closely with production, artwork, and adaptive design teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.

Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.

Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.

Support print trials and production activities.

Maintain accurate project, workload, and financial information.

Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, and ongoing process improvements.

Previous project coordination, project management, or administration experience.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ambitious and motivated to develop a career in project management.

Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

FMCG, packaging, artwork, print, or agency experience is beneficial but not essential . We're open to candidates from a variety of industries who have strong coordination, administrative, or project support experience and a desire to learn.
