- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and hardware issues
- Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrolment
- Support Active Directory user account management and password resets
- Support printing systems and network printers
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi Fi, VPN)
- Prepare and deploy laptops and desktops for users
- Coordinate with vendors and support regional users
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update support tickets
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
Requirements
- Experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and hardware issues
- Knowledge of Active Directory user account management and password resets
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi Fi, VPN)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune device enrolment
