This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone with a computer science, software development, or information systems background who wants to work across business systems, software, automation, user support, and IT administration.
This is not a narrowly defined help desk role, and it is not a pure software development role. The right person will be comfortable wearing many hats. This role includes both technical project work and hands-on user support.
Candidates should be comfortable with a broad range of tasks, from requirements gathering and automation to setting up workstations and troubleshooting day-to-day user issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Support systems analysis and business process improvement
- Work with users to understand business needs, pain points, current workflows, and desired outcomes.
- Create, define, and document business and system requirements for process improvements, reports, integrations, automation, application changes, and internal tools.
