Junior IT Support Analyst

Own the end-to-end new starter and leaver process, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of equipment and accounts.

Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows laptops and multi-screen trading workstations.

Deploy, manage, and support Apple Business Manager devices.

Manage users and endpoints through Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.

Perform office IT moves and workstation deployments.

Adhere to and promote IT security policies within a regulated financial services environment.

Ensure devices remain compliant with organisational security standards.

Support audit activities and maintain accurate IT documentation.

Contribute to maintaining operational resilience and business continuity.

Troubleshoot everyday issues - OneDrive syncing, Outlook, printers, connectivity, and general hardware/software problems.

Document fixes and contribute to the IT knowledge base as you learn.

Build and configure Windows laptops and multi-screen trading workstations from a standard image.

Set up and provision iPhones and iPads, enrolling them into our device management platform.

Create user accounts and manage access as part of the new starter and leaver process, working closely with senior team members.

Carry out desk moves and workstation relocations.

Some experience in an IT support, service desk, or desktop support role (around a year, or a strong placement/internship).

Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting Windows laptops.

Some familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).

A clear communicator, comfortable asking questions and taking direction.

Organised and reliable, happy with hands-on physical work (builds, moves, kit).

Keen to learn and build a long-term career in IT.

Any exposure to Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, or other device management tools.

Interest in financial services or another regulated environment.

A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Working towards, or interested in, Microsoft or other vendor certifications.

You'll work in a small, high-performing IT team, with direct exposure to how IT is run in a regulated financial services environment.
