Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Junior IT Support Analyst. The role involves providing technical support, resolving IT issues, troubleshooting, monitoring systems, and assisting end-users. The Junior IT Support Analyst will ensure that IT infrastructure and systems run smoothly while maintaining effective communication and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address IT-related issues efficiently
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and resolve technical problems
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an IT support role is an advantage
