Provide first-line technical support to staff and maintain end-user devices, accounts and systems.

Support daily IT service delivery, internal platform release testing and automation of routine tasks.

Support hardware, software, networks, printing, telephony and meeting-room equipment, including request logging, resolution and escalation.
Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID accounts, licences, mailboxes and access, including onboarding and offboarding.
Deploy and maintain laptops and mobile devices and keep asset, licence, renewal and warranty records accurate.
Apply updates, patching, endpoint protection, access reviews and backup checks, and report suspicious activity.
Test internal platform releases and maintain operational configuration data in company systems.
Assist with automation using scripts, workflow tools or AI-assisted tooling.
Maintain procedures and user guides and liaise with suppliers on quotations, deliveries and support cases.

Have 1–2 years of IT support or hands-on technical experience; recent graduates with relevant practical experience may apply.
Have working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 administration and basic networking.
Have clear written and spoken English and be able to document procedures and report faults precisely.
