Role Overview
Hootsuite is seeking a Junior IT Operations Administrator to provide frontline IT support and resolve day-to-day technology problems.
The role supports the service desk, hardware deployment, identity, endpoint management, IT automation, and AI tool enablement.
Workplace
- The role is in person and based in either the Vancouver or Toronto office.
What You Will Do
- Own and resolve helpdesk tickets, document solutions, and follow up through full resolution.
- Build, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals.
- Support hardware procurement, logistics, and asset management.
- Configure and maintain office desk hardware.
- Create and decommission employee accounts.
- Support identity, SSO, Jamf, endpoint workflows, asset automation, and AI tool adoption.
- Assist infrastructure and systems projects, maintain documentation, and support departmental work.
- Perform on-call duties according to the global schedule.
What You Will Need
- At least one year of experience troubleshooting basic to advanced Mac problems.
