Responsibilities
- Support senior designers and architects in developing interior concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design details
- Assist with space planning, producing floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Prepare presentation packages and update project documentation
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers during interior fit out stages
- Participate in site visits, track design changes, and help ensure project standards, timelines, and budgets are met
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture, with ability to translate design concepts into clear drawings and documentation
- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Interior Fit out, including material selection, finishes, and coordination with contractors and vendors
- Proficiency in Space Planning, with ability to optimize layouts for functionality, safety, and aesthetics
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field
- Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Vector, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work respectfully in a diverse, multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to conduct site visits, coordinate with suppliers, and learn local codes and regulations relevant to interior projects in the UAE

Role Description
- This full time, on site Junior Interior Architect role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Junior Interior Architect will support senior designers and architects in developing interior concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design details.
- Daily tasks include assisting with space planning, producing floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings.
