About the Role
Brand Folio Plus seeks a Junior Interior Architect in Abu Dhabi to assist in design development, 3D visualization, technical documentation, and project coordination. Requires 1-3 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes
- Support space planning and layout development
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and design trends
- Develop 3D models and high quality renderings using 3ds Max and Corona/Vray Renderer
- Prepare presentation decks and visual design packages
- Prepare and update design drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Coordinate drawing revisions and maintain project documentation
- Review shop drawings and material submissions to ensure alignment with design intent
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in tracking project deliverables, design submissions, and approvals
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes when required
- Support material sourcing, sample reviews, and procurement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or interior architecture
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
- Good understanding of design principles, spatial planning, materials, and detailing
- Strong graphic presentation and visualization skills
- Portfolio submission demonstrating concept development, technical drawing, and 3D visualization
