Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to
- Record and file application materials for SES applicants
- Maintain vacancy announcement and applicant files for accountability, integrity, and records administration
- Process incoming SES applicant packages; track receipts and maintain files
- Provide application status updates as requested by the Government
- Compile and prepare application reports and documents pertaining to applicant status
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions
- Perform data entry and electronic record management in support of EXSD operations
- Gather and compile data for statistical reports as directed by the Government
- Identify themselves as a Contractor in all communications, meetings, and correspondence
- Complete and comply with all required NDAs, security awareness, and privacy training
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions
5 years of relevant experience within the area of assignment
Knowledge of SES ECQs, the OPM QRB review process, and development of ECQ Statements or ECQ templates
Knowledge of federal HR program functional areas, including file organization and maintenance procedures
Proven administrative skills relevant to HR operations, including alpha/numeric filing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software
Fluency with standard office equipment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and respond to inquiries simultaneously
Ability to perform data entry and compile statistical reports
