Role Overview
Alida Global is seeking a Junior HSE Officer to join its Qatar team.
The role supports health, safety, and environmental standards across operations in the events and exhibitions industry.
Compensation
- The salary is QAR 4,000–5,000 per month.
Employment Type
- The employment type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and identify health and safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documents, reports, checklists, and records.
- Support risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses, and method statement reviews.
- Monitor safety during event setups, exhibitions, dismantling, and other site activities.
- Assist with toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee awareness programs.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site personnel on safe working practices.
