Junior HR & Learning and Development - Internship

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Junior HR & L&D Intern to support key human resources functions and learning initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding

Support employee engagement activities and HR administration

Maintain HR records and contribute to policy documentation

Help with scheduling, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives

Coordinate internal training sessions and manage attendance records

Help curate learning resources and track team development goals

Assist in gathering feedback and measuring training impact

Research L&D tools, trends, and best practices
