Role Overview
A fast-growing consumer brand in Dubai is seeking a Junior Graphic Design Assistant.
This is a genuinely entry-level, hands-on production role supporting newsletters, CRM, organic social media and digital content.
The role works closely with the Head of Creative, CRM and Organic Marketing teams.
What You Will Do
- Design and format newsletters and email campaigns.
- Refine layouts, spacing, typography and image placement.
- Produce and adapt visual assets for CRM and organic social media.
- Resize and version creative across channels, formats and languages.
- Keep design assets organised, consistent and easy to access.
- Support the creative team with day-to-day production requirements.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Up to one year of graphic design experience; graduates may be considered and training is available.
- A strong eye for layout, consistency and fine design details.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, alongside Figma and/or Canva.
- Reliability, organisation and comfort completing detailed production work to a consistently high standard.
- Klaviyo experience would be helpful but is not essential.
