- Support the team for creating and developing fragrance compositions that meet customer briefs and internal project requirements
- Select fragrances from the fragrance library in response to customer briefs
- Update the local fragrance library, ensuring a relevant and highly accepted collection of fragrance themes
- Coordinate fragrance development projects from brief reception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
- Analyze client olfactive strategy and build action plan/project timeline with Account Manager
- Observe and analyze market and consumer trends to support fragrance innovation
- Present fragrance concepts/reworks to client with strong storytelling
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Fragrances, or equivalent (Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred)
- 2 3 years of industrial experience

Mission
- To join the fragrance development team of the Creative Centre in Dubai. He/She will act as a pivotal link between clients, perfumers, marketing and commercial teams to translate market insights into winning olfactive creations, ensuring technical excellence, speed, and relevance.
What you’ll be rocking every day
- Supporting the team for creating and developing fragrance compositions that meet customer briefs and internal project requirements, while respecting price, technical/regulatory, creative guidelines and deadlines/priorities.
- Select fragrances from the fragrance library in response to customer briefs.
- Update the local fragrance library, ensuring a relevant and highly accepted collection of fragrance themes to answer briefs efficiently.
- Coordinate fragrance development projects from brief reception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
- Ability to translate clients’ needs clear briefs to perfumers.
- Analyze client olfactive strategy and build action plan/ project timeline with Account Manager.
- Observe and analyze market and consumer trends to support fragrance innovation and translate into proactive proposals and brief anticipation.
- Coordinate and learn from the senior members of the team.
- Feed market insights into regional & global olfactive strategies
- Present fragrance concepts / reworks to client with strong story telling
What you need to shine in this role
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Fragrances, or equivalent (Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred) with 2 3 years of industrial experience.
