- Oversee day to day running of the order fulfillment ensuring all orders are fulfilled promptly and punctually
- Oversee the completion of weekly flower orders and conditioning of deliveries
- Create more creative designs
- Oversee product inventory and delegate ordering of supplies as and when needed
- Assist with the design and creation of new product lines
- Lead client consultations
- Ensure the facility center's cleanliness and tidiness is upheld at all times by the team
- Assist on promotional materials
